The Weather Outside

The weather outside today may be good or it may be bad; all things are in a constant state of motion. Sometimes when we have personal problems or spiritual questions, it is good to remember that this too shall pass. We know that all events and all circumstances in life are for only a certain length of time. Sometimes it's just for an hour, week, a month, or even for a year—at some point in time things will change. It is always at the end of a cycle, the experience that brings a birth of a new one.

Just as a flower blooms and spreads its petals and beauty, the flower will shed its petals only to produce in the next season a more beautiful one, a fragrant blossom. All things have their seasons: sometimes there are conditions and problems that seem insurmountable; we feel like we just cannot go any more, but remember, that this too shall pass. We can have the final victory in overcoming it. We know that it also must come to a conclusion only to be reborn instantly into another beautiful experience for your soul’s growth. Whatever the lesson might be, learn to enjoy it while you are going through it; be grateful for it, for the experiences are here to help us with our soul’s growth. 

Have you ever stood on the beach and watched the waves come rolling in from the ocean?  As the waves get closer and closer to the shore, the waves crash onto the beach, then as mighty as the wave came in, it retreats back into the mighty ocean only to be reborn someplace again, perhaps at the foot of a great city where thousands may see it or on a lonely island. So it is with our experiences: there is the incoming and outgoing, the breathing in and the breathing out.  In the very rhythm, the pulsating beat of life itself, one might ask themselves can one forget the unpleasant circumstances? The answer is yes. Can you remember what you worried about one year ago today? 10 years ago today? 

Time changes all things. No matter where we go, no matter who we may see; we’re constantly in the position of learning and teaching. Yes, learning and teaching are the primary ingredients for success in anyone's life. There is not a person on earth that you cannot learn from; there is something there that you can learn from everybody. We are always teaching, sharing with someone. It is about receiving and giving: we cannot give until we received, we cannot grow strong until we make the effort to. The law of opposites, the law of attraction, the law of agreements is constantly in motion for all people who have the desire, the willingness to learn.

Mere lip service has never helped anyone. We are reminded that a person who goes within to say their prayers to the universe, to God, these are the prayers that are answered, not the person who shouts it from street corners for all to hear. We find people every day who are giving nothing but lip service, talking and telling of how great and grand they are. Actions speak louder than words. Yes, words are important and good, if they are accompanied by the proper action. It is better to do than it is to talk and do nothing. If all people of the earth would but learn those lessons.

When you take that action, this is when the light appears and you are guided and assistant by your angel. That is when one begins to climb those golden stairs of wisdom.  So what ever is of worry, or concern, know it will pass: it is known that whatever we think about the most is the thing that stays and the worry about it remains. Let the healing begin: put the worry in God's hands and not on the problem, then the problem will resolve itself. You will see and feel the healing, see the cycle of the experience, learning to use your spiritual eye. If we were meant to see behind us, God would have given us review mirrors. So, let the past be in the past, know that the angel's wings rest gently on your shoulders, and let your wings stretch forward, knowing you are being divinely guided.  Many blessings.
